RETURNS POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted. Orders placed are processed Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm PST, excluding the weekend and major holidays.

Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

  • The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).

  • The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.

  • The order contains 12 or more items.

However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days (which is rare), please get in touch with our Support team for a status update.

Unfortunately, production times cannot be expedited. However, you may want to consider a shipping upgrade to speed up the delivery time.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed during the weekend or peak periods.

We ship to most countries, although shipping costs will vary depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process. If you have any questions regarding shipping fees to your region, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at: support@evilkind.com.

RETURN POLICY

Evilkind does deal with self-produced retail products and apparel, but our business is primarily dependent on a range of Print On Demand providers. This suits us for now as it allows for maximum freshness and creativity in all of our offerings. At any given moment, our products are truly one-of-a-kind.

The primary downside is that returns and exchanges are not supported for customers who have ordered the wrong size or color or have simply changed their minds.

However, in the case of a damaged or defective product, as in an obvious manufacturing error, Evilkind can provide a free replacement or full refund if you contact us within 14 business days from the day of delivery. Please reach out via our contact form or support email [support@evilkind.com] to initiate the replacement or refund process.

Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activities will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations cannot be guaranteed, but submitting your order number and email address to our support crew as close to the order date as possible will increase the chances of a successful cancellation. The abuse of cancellations will be monitored and may result in the suspension of future cancellations. 

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Every order is subject to review. The order is confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam inbox.

Do you ship internationally?

My tracking info indicates the package was delivered, but I have not received it. What do I do?

Allow 48 hours after the stated delivery time for your package to show up. If your package hasn’t been delivered, please contact support@evilkind.com.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. 

When I can expect a response from Customer Support?

Our Team will respond within 24-72 hours. Excluding weekends and major holidays.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Please contact Customer Support at support@evilkind.com. We can initiate a replacement or refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I update it?

Address changes can be requested, but we cannot make any guarantees. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer input errors during the ordering process. That said, we do provide free replacement or refunds for any items received that are damaged or defective. When will I receive my order?

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was canceled, we advise you to contact your financial institution to ensure your information is up to date. Cancellations can also occur due to limited stock availability.

How do I know an item will fit?

Most products fit true to size, but size guides are available in most cases. You can also reach out to our support crew with specific questions here: support@evilkind.com.

I placed multiple orders, can I combine them?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.

I received a tracking number but the item has not shipped.

Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.
